PS4 – Delete multiple friends at once

Over time, a few friends accumulate in the PlayStation4 friends list. Especially when you add people to play with them but then lose sight of them again. When you clean up your friends list, you have to delete some of your friends. Normally you can only delete one friend at a time, which can be quite annoying, especially if you want to delete a lot of friends from your friends list.

PlayStation 4 / 5 – Delete multiple friends at once

You can quickly delete several friends on the PS4. To do this, you have to log in to your PSN account. So you need a PC, laptop or cell phone. Then proceed as described above:

1. The first step is to open the browser and navigate to the official PlayStation website at playstation.com. If you have not already done so, you must log in to the site with your access data.
2. At the top right next to the search, you can open the friends list and remove the friend using the three dots and the context menu entry.
3. Finally, you have to confirm the deletion once again and the friend has been removed from your friends list.

This is much quicker than deleting each friend individually on the PS4.
